Terms of service

The service

Pal is a managed service. We set up, host, run, monitor and improve one or more AI agents on your behalf, against a scope agreed with you. The monthly fee covers that service. Model usage is passed through at cost.

Your responsibilities

You provide the access the agent needs and the approvals it asks for. Because Pal prepares work and waits for a human on anything irreversible, the decision to approve an action rests with you.

Commitment and cancellation

There is no long lock-in. Engagements run month to month unless agreed otherwise, and you can cancel with reasonable notice. When you do, we remove our access and your data remains in your own systems.

Liability

We take great care, monitor the work, and build in approval gates precisely to keep you in control. Within that, our liability is limited as set out in the engagement contract.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes affecting an active engagement are agreed with you, not imposed.
