Build the future of work with us.

We are a small, senior team building something that did not exist a year ago: AI teammates, built by hand and run for real businesses. The work is hard, the ownership is real, and the people we hire shape the whole thing.

A few people who care a lot.

No layers, no theatre. The way we work is the product, so we are deliberate about it.

๐ŸŽฏ

Craft over volume

We ship a handful of things and we make them genuinely good. Every client gets a teammate built by hand, tuned until the judgement is right. No mass-produced templates, no half-finished features.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ

Real ownership

You own a problem end to end, from the first client call to the thing running in production at 2am. Small team means your work is visible, load-bearing and yours.

โšก

Ship fast, then sharpen

We get a rough version live, watch it do real work, and tune from there. Momentum beats meetings. Decisions get made in hours, not sprints.

๐Ÿง

Senior team, no passengers

Everyone here can build, decide and talk to a client without a chaperone. We hire people who have done the work before and want to do it well again.

๐ŸŒ

Remote and async

Work where you think best, on the hours that suit you. We write things down, default to async, and keep the live meetings rare and useful.

๐Ÿค

Customer-obsessed

We run real businesses on our software, so a bad call costs someone their morning. We sit close to clients, learn their work, and treat their trust as the product.

Where you'd come in.

A few of the roles we hire for. If your shape is close but not exact, say so. We read every note.

Founding Engineer

A generalist who has shipped products solo or near-solo and wants the keys to the whole thing.

  • Build the core platform that configures, runs and monitors every client teammate.
  • Design the integration layer: email, messaging, CRM, finance and files, kept stable as APIs shift.
  • Set the engineering bar, the patterns and the tooling the rest of the team inherits.

Forward-Deployed AI Engineer

Part engineer, part consultant. You like sitting with a business, finding the real job, and making AI do it.

  • Embed with new clients during onboarding, map their process and scope the first job to hand over.
  • Build and tune the skills, prompts and approval rules that make a teammate trustworthy.
  • Stay close after launch, read the work weekly, and widen the remit as trust grows.

Customer Success & Onboarding Lead

You have run onboarding or success for a technical product and you genuinely like operators and SMBs.

  • Own the path from signed pilot to a teammate earning its keep inside a clientโ€™s tools.
  • Run the weekly reviews, surface what is working, and turn client feedback into the build queue.
  • Be the human on the other end when something looks off, and the reason clients stay.

Growth

A builder of pipelines and stories who can sell a new category without resorting to hype.

  • Find the businesses Pal fits, reach them, and book pilots that turn into long relationships.
  • Shape how we talk about managed AI: positioning, content, and proof that holds up.
  • Run experiments across channels, measure honestly, and double down on what works.

Tell us anyway.

The best people rarely match a job title cleanly. If you are excellent at something we will obviously need, write to us, show us what you have built, and tell us where you'd make us better.
