What drives the price above £750?+
Scope and complexity. A single well-defined job sits at the entry point. More systems, higher volume, tighter compliance or a broader remit move it up. We quote the real number after a short scoping call.
How is AI usage billed?+
Model usage is passed through at cost, billed directly to you with no markup. The monthly fee is for the managed service: the setup, the running, the monitoring and the weekly improvement.
Is there a long contract?+
No lock-in. We earn the next month by being useful this month. Most clients start with a pilot, see the first job pay for itself, then widen the remit.
What does a pilot cost?+
A pilot runs at the standard monthly rate for one agent on one job. You see it doing the job inside a few weeks before committing to anything broader.
